Arscotts Solicitors have been established in Hove for 25 years. They are renowned in the Hove, Shoreham and Brighton area for their modern approach to legal services. It's an approach that is reflected in their fresh, modern corporate branding and their newly re-launched website.
The Practice drew upon the expertise of Posture People when they were redesigning their entire reception area in January of this year. The reception at Arscotts Solicitors is a continual hub of activity with clients visiting throughout the working day, so creating a welcoming and professional impression is important. "It was clear to us from the outset", says Jo Blood of Posture People, "that Arscotts would benefit from bespoke furniture. This would enable them to really maximise the space available in the reception area. It was also important that any reception desk that we recommended should not only look superb, it should be also be spacious enough for two people to work at."
After taking a brief from Andy Stenning at Arscotts, Posture People set to work, drawing on their extensive supplier database for initial ideas and prices. Jo continues, "We wanted to present Arscotts with a furniture solution that would really create the wow factor with both their clients and staff alike. We were also conscious that although they welcomed the idea of a bespoke solution, and they could see its clear advantages, they did not want the cost to shatter any glass ceilings!"

In the end, Arscotts settled on a bespoke reception desk made from oak, with glass writing plates and two designer mesh back office chairs. Client comfort was also at the top of their list and Posture People supplied a two-seater leather sofa with two matching chairs, and two coffee tables.
The end result is stunning and Arscotts have a reception area that not only reflects their brand values, it also creates a fantastic first impression. Clients can sit in comfort whilst they are waiting to be seen and the receptionists are pleased with their "workstation".

"We installed the furniture over a weekend so that there was no disruption to either the Arscotts’ team or to their clients. It really was great to be given the scope to create a bespoke solution”, concludes Jo.
The Final Word… should always be left to the client, in this case Tania Woodward, HR Manager at Arscotts Solicitors
“ Posture People kept in communication with us throughout the whole process from start to finish of the project. They were also very flexible with regards to working around our office opening hours. The smooth running of this task was imperative to us and Posture People made it a seamless, trouble free process”
