The problem with most car seats is that they have a negative incline which rotates the pelvis casuing lambar pain. A slimline wedge will level the seat position allowing the spine to remain in its natural position.
If you add a sitting wedge to a car seat it can sometimes bring you to close to the roof of the car, however this ultra slim design is perfect for helping to level the seat without bringing you too close to the interior roof of the car.
