They had recently identified some chairs that were 10-15 years old and past their best. Out of warranty, they wanted to replace their chairs with models that offered better longevity, with minimal environmental impact.
In addition, they needed to replace their 24-hour reception chairs with something that would work around the clock.

With longevity in mind, we wanted to supply a durable, ergonomic and sustainable solution to replace their standard chairs. We put forward the cost-effective Nomi range in two specifications to suit more petite staff members and average to taller employees.
When choosing a chair to suit their 24-hour environment, we needed to be mindful of the specification. 24/7 chairs need specialist fabrics, mechanisms and materials to ensure that they meet the regulations for round the clock use.
We chose the durable AM:PM chair that has a reinforced steel mechanism and base to suit the night and the day staff members. Previously the day staff has separate chairs, but we managed to consolidate the use throughout the 24-hour manned security desk.
